Welcome to Guess Who Bakery. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be made at least 2 days in advance. Full payment is required within 24 hours to confirm your order. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled.

Custom Orders

Customized desserts may vary slightly from photos due to their handmade nature. Once payment is made, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery times are between 12PM – 3PM.
Self pick-up is available from 4PM – 6PM.
Please provide accurate delivery details and notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any changes.

Product Handling

All our desserts are made fresh without preservatives. Keep refrigerated (2–4°C) and consume within 2–5 days.

Liability

Guess Who Bakery is not responsible for damages caused by mishandling after pickup or delivery.

We value your privacy and ensure that all personal data is kept secure and used only for order and delivery purposes.
